I specialise in working with family relationships. I work with children, young people, adults, and couples. I offer one-to-one therapy, couples counselling and a whole family approach. I can help with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, ADHD, ASD, Tourette’s and Bi Polar. I also specialise in working with looked after children and adopters.

I have 15 years CAMHS experiences and am experienced in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, ADHD, ASD, Tourette’s, Bi Polar etc. I feel it is helpful to be able to explore labels and your relationship to a diagnosis or a condition. I also have specialism in working with looked after children and adopters.
My approach is to help you to make sense of the stories in your life and how they will often trip you up, stop you doing the things you want to and being the person, you want to be.I work creatively using paper and pens but have many resources for my work with children and young people to help them to have a voice not necessarily by using talking.I am approachable, kind and warm hearted, professional and reliable.
I work face to face Monday to Friday and also online if you prefer.
