I have a wealth of experience of working within mental health with children and young people and within difficult relationship issues. I work in inpatient facilities and within NHS CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) and have worked with private clients/families.

When working individually I have lots of experience in engaging young people and children and being creative and playful when needed.

Meta Health Master Practitioner – Meta Kinetics Practitioner – EFT Practitioner
My journey into exploring physical, mental and emotional patterns of health, began with a diagnosis at 18 with an autoimmune disease. Subsequent training and employment in the NHS in Radiotherapy(AP),Chronic Disease and as a Self Management Co-ordinator, together with my own personal journey created a deeper awareness, empathy and transparency of what individuals may experience with their physical and emotional health. This personal and professional experience has enabled me to transition to my own practice, so I can observe and facilitate working with individuals as a ‘‘whole being’ rather than just as the symptoms they are experiencing.
Using a persons medical diagnosis/symptoms, I use a systemic approach termed Meta Health® analysis, to explore through specific questioning the plausible relationships between adverse events/stress conflicts, brain relays, physical symptoms, belief structures, emotions, feelings and patterns of behaviour to determine why the body maybe experiencing symptoms.

Psychotherapy & Counselling
MA Psychotherapy; Dip. Couns; UKCP Registered
I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering both short and longer term therapy for a wide range of issues. These may include finding support in periods of distress, addressing a particular issue (eg. anxiety, anger, relationships, self-esteem, identity, bereavement etc.,) or the wish to deepen your awareness and understanding of yourself, your patterns and your experience. I hope to help you gain insight, enhance your life and to live it more fully and creatively through the experience of a respectful, supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. In my experience this is the catalyst for coming into true relationship with oneself, healing relational trauma and connecting with others.
My training is in Psychosynthesis, a depth psychology which has been called a psychology of Hope as well as of ‘Will and Love’. Core to this is an awareness that suffering and growth go hand in hand and that finding our good and skillful will allows us to connect with what holds value, meaning and purpose for us. And somewhere along the line we get glimpses of what Love might feel like as well. My practice is also informed by mindfulness, attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic experiencing, Davanloo’s ISTDP and meditation.
Please feel free to enquire for further details.

Kinesiology & brief, solution-focused therapy to resolve emotional problems & achieve goals
Author of The Therapist Within You (2009) and Relearning Experience (in preparation), and creator of Relearning Experience Process (REP), I help people to overcome emotional issues (such as PTSD, anxiety, emotional and physical pain, allergies, stress, unresolved anger or guilt, addiction) and achieve specific goals (such as drug-free natural childbirth, improved work or sport performance, motivation and social confidence).
We (the client and I) will work by first delineating and articulating the problem and desired goal. Then we’ll find out when and how in your history the problem was created. We will resolve the problem there at its origins. Finally, we will test that the problem has been resolved and that the goal is now achievable.
My approach has been developed over many years of training, practice, study and reflection, and is economical, rigorous and highly effective.

Oasis Facilitator offering Oasis Group Work
MSc. Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, (MBACP)., BA Hons., P.G. Dip. Ed.; P.G.C.E.
I believe that reclaiming our deep story means entering a space of attentiveness to our feeling soul within and to our responses to the world about us. Working with other Practitioners I offer a space in which the Soul can awaken, harken and find purpose, joy and meaning in life – and a restoration of personal balance.
I co-founded Oasis after a recovering from a serious illness in my mid-thirties, which left me unable to walk. This experience led me on a journey of discovery.
‘Some life events that may have caused pain and suffering often hold the key to transformation, hope and joy. A true listening space for shared biography can help their spiritual significance to emerge. Artistic activities awaken creativity, access the imaginative dimension and strengthen social awareness. Stories, myths and legends release the mind from everyday concerns, inviting the language of archetypal images belonging to the soul’s journey to appear.’ Melanie Taylor
Melanie also provides a temporary role as ‘Interim Contact Person’ for the Medical Section UK pending a meeting with Representatives from the different Anthroposophic Medical and Therapeutic Associations in December 2019.

Physiotherapy, Rhythmical Massage and 1-on-1 Pilates Rehabilitation
Anna is a Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with the HCPC. She has been a therapist for about 30 years, having been trained in Physiotherapy; Rhythmical Massage Therapy and Modified Pilates for Rehabilitation. Over the years she has worked in many different therapeutic settings, in the UK and abroad, and has integrated mainstream and complementary medicine where possible. She has a special interest in pain management and rehabilitation. Over the last six years she has been working at a pain management clinic in London. In Physiotherapy her approach is holistic. This could involve an integrated therapeutic approach or using a separate therapy.
I trained in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, following many years of interest in natural forms of therapy and nutrition in particular. I have since worked in a number of areas, particularly with female hormones, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, digestive problems, stress and learning difficulties. I have contributed to a number of publications in relation to hormones and provided consultancy advice to schools, both to the teachers regarding stress management and for students with severe learning difficulties. In addition to this I deal with a wide range of conditions in my clinic.
I am passionate about helping people to identify the root cause of their symptoms or condition/s using a functional medicine approach.
Nutritional Therapy can be used to help address many conditions, including IBS, hormonal imbalances, depression, inflammation, allergies, toxicity, weight management, skin conditions, lack of energy and poor sleep. It is also extremely powerful in improving a person’s overall well-being and reducing the risk of developing chronic disease in later life.
Eurythmy Therapy works with movements connected to the sounds of speech and music which have deep relationships to the healing forces in the human organism. They will be chosen and adjusted to meet the needs of each individual client on his/her path to better health and well being and can be beneficial for a wide range of illnesses and conditions. Through practising an inner conscious connection to the movements, they can engage the whole human being and allow the client to be active in the therapy process. Practiced regularly they can stimulate harmonizing and healing processes within us. I am an experienced Eurythmy Therapist and a member of the Eurythmy Therapy Association of the UK.
