I trained in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, following many years of interest in natural forms of therapy and nutrition in particular. I have since worked in a number of areas, particularly with female hormones, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, digestive problems, stress and learning difficulties. I have contributed to a number of publications in relation to hormones and provided consultancy advice to schools, both to the teachers regarding stress management and for students with severe learning difficulties. In addition to this I deal with a wide range of conditions in my clinic.
I am passionate about helping people to identify the root cause of their symptoms or condition/s using a functional medicine approach.
Nutritional Therapy can be used to help address many conditions, including IBS, hormonal imbalances, depression, inflammation, allergies, toxicity, weight management, skin conditions, lack of energy and poor sleep. It is also extremely powerful in improving a person’s overall well-being and reducing the risk of developing chronic disease in later life.
