Mindfulness Course

Every Wednesday for 8 weeks. Starts at 19:00 and ends at 21:00

The MLB 8 week “Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety” course provides the tools to minimise the incredible impact that stress can have on our lives.

There are eight weekly 2 hour sessions with an opportunity to participate in an all-day practice session which are run throughout the year.

Mindfulness is a scientifically proven method to cultivate clarity, insight and understanding. It helps us recognise habits and unconscious emotional and physical reactions to every day events.

Practising Mindfulness allows us to be fully present in our life and work and improve our quality of life.

Rhythmical Einreibung – Gentle Therapeutic Touch

9.30am – 4.30pm

Rhythmical Massage will be offered as part of the Women’s Wellness Day – one day retreat
Rhythmical Einreibung (RE) is a gentle form of massage, sometimes called therapeutic or healing touch
Because RE is very gentle it can be used to treat those who are frail or exhausted and might find other massage techniques too challenging.
