Mindfulness is a state of being where we experience the present moment directly and on purpose, without making a judgement of the experience. It focuses the mind on whatever is happening to us “now”. The practice of mindfulness teaches us to experience the present moment fully – literally to “stop and smell the roses”.
Biographical Counselling is a healing process of working one to one with a counsellor, aimed at opening yourself to new understanding through facing the questions your life-path has set you and finding the inner-resources you need to face your challenges and tasks.
It offers a new perspective on life crisis that takes account of our bodily, soul and spiritual existence, the cycles and rhythms of biographical development and the dynamics of human struggle.
We live in a time when outer supports and securities are falling away while the inner questions of reality come ever more into daily consciousness. We deeply explore our soul-life in order to identify the understanding-patterns that we have developed, some helpful, some unhelpful, in order to choose which serve us best.
An increasing number of people live with existential questions that no other generation has had to face with the same intensity. In the course of their lives, many people confront events, uncertainties and moral dilemmas that leave them feeling lonely and bewildered. They may lose their connection to others, to themselves and to the source of their own potential.
Biographical Counselling is based on an imagination of human potential and challenge in the 21st century that inspires a search for renewed meaning, creativity and connection and links individual development with a path towards social renewal.
I can understand another soul only by transforming my own, as one transforms one’s hand by placing it in another’s. Jung

Metahealth and Metakinetics
META-Health® is an advancing organ-bio-psycho-social framework, that adopts a systemic method of enquiry and analysis. It theoretically explains and practically demonstrates the cause, meaning and process of any dis-ease on a biological, psychological and behavioural level. Meta Health is a scientific framework, based on research via brain relay diagnostics and a set of guiding principles.
Principles of Meta Health® are that nature does not make errors or mistakes and our organism is a highly intelligent, orderly and sophisticated system, so there is no separation between body, mind and spirit embedded in the social environment. Meta Health explores significant emotional events and threshold breaches of stress as the beginning of the disease process, using brain relay diagnostics and evolutionary embryonic layers to determine organ reactions which are in stress and regeneration phases. It uses a person’s subjective perception and feedback to determine how the significant stress has imprinted on a person’s biology, psychology and brain.
Meta Health® is not a diagnostic tool for disease nor a therapy, it precedes therapy, using a framework of Meta Analysis. It identifies how significant emotional events are connected to physical symptoms, brain relays, belief structures, emotions, feelings and patterns of behaviour; creating an awareness for a client as how unexpected events can imprint on a person’s physical, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual well-being. Once a Meta Analysis is completed then a therapeutic and coaching plan can be implemented.

Oasis Group Work
Navigating the Inner and Outer journey; fostering Spirit in the Life of the Soul
Journeying can happen in many ways. In Oasis we celebrate the courage of the human spirit to survive the challenges that difficult life experiences can bring. Hidden sources of creativity and inner healing lie within each human being. Through facilitated support in groups this potential is enlivened and warmed through conversation. A true listening space for participants is encouraged, where each one is recognized, celebrated and valued in their own struggle and achievement.
Weekly Oasis Group sessions run in the mornings and include time to share in a small group over a cup of tea; participants work with conversation to explore their life stories though vocation, destiny and life questions. Biographical and artistic exercises help us gain new perspectives, insight and strengthen self-confidence.
A full Oasis Course has Three Pathways of 12 weeks each. Each one may be taken on an individual basis. The Pathways are all accompanied by artistic exercises and healing stories from various traditions. These provide powerful pictures through which we can explore our own journeys.
