Yoga & Somatic Movement education
Harriet offers body awareness classes twice a week at the Elysia Centre. During these classes we explore movement patterns that work directly with the nervous system to re-pattern persistent tension is the body, bringing freedom and ease in the way we move. Classes are low impact and accessible to all levels.
Harriet also offers 1-2-1 appointments/courses where she will design a programme unique to your body, experience and aims. She works with movement and cellular touch to help re-organise unhelpful patterns in the body, increasing awareness in the body and encouraging a holistic connection to self and spirit.
