People come for private yoga sessions for any number of reasons:  if you would like to experience yoga for the first time before signing up for a class; to help with aches and pains or postural problems; to help with energy levels, anxiety, or depression. It may be simply for increasing a feeling of well-being or to help relieve stress.
Each session is an hour and it can be a one-off or on a regular basis, or a short block of sessions.
